Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harassing activity.

Service disclaimers

OmniVantrex services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that communications will always be delivered, as delivery can be impacted by carriers, devices, and network conditions.

Messaging terms

Workflow OS messages are transactional and operational in nature. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmniVantrex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
