SMS / Text Message Consent
Sender: Workflow OS, operated by OmniVantrex Systems (a trade name of PharmacyStaffing LLC). Workflow OS sends transactional support messages related to active pharmacy requests.
Use case: Transactional account notifications only. Messages are limited to: callback confirmations, request status updates, and missed-contact follow-ups tied to an active pharmacy request. We do not send marketing messages.
Workflow OS is used by pharmacies to communicate with their existing patients about active pharmacy requests. Patients do not opt in through a public website form. Consent is collected verbally by pharmacy staff during a phone call using the script below.
How we obtain consent
Opt-in is collected via verbal consent during a phone call with the pharmacy. Staff must use the script below verbatim.
Verbal opt-in script (use verbatim):
"With your permission, Workflow OS can send text updates from your pharmacy about your request to this number. Workflow OS is the messaging platform your pharmacy uses for this request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, and HELP for help. Agreeing is optional. Do you agree to receive these text messages from Workflow OS at this number?"
Agreeing to receive text messages is optional and not required for pharmacy services. Callers who decline are routed to an alternative path and can still complete their request entirely by phone.

PHI-safe messaging
We do not include medical details, prescription information, or other sensitive health information in text messages. Texts are used only to coordinate communication and request follow-up.

- "Workflow OS: Your callback request with your pharmacy has been received. A team member will call you back shortly. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
- "Workflow OS: Your pharmacy attempted to reach you about your request. Please call them back at the number on your prescription label. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
- "Workflow OS: Update on your request — your pharmacy is processing it and will follow up by phone. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
