How we obtain consent

Opt-in is collected via verbal consent during a phone call. Staff must use the script below verbatim.

Verbal opt-in script (use verbatim):

"With your permission, we can send text updates about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, and HELP for help. Do you agree to receive these text messages at this number?"
