Use case: transactional messages only (e.g., callback confirmations and status updates). We do not send marketing messages.
How we obtain consent
Opt-in is collected via verbal consent during a phone call. Staff must use the script below verbatim.
Verbal opt-in script (use verbatim):
"With your permission, we can send text updates about your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, and HELP for help. Do you agree to receive these text messages at this number?"

PHI-safe messaging
We do not include medical details, prescription information, or other sensitive health information in text messages. Texts are used only to coordinate communication and request follow-up.

- "Workflow OS: We received your request. A team member will follow up by phone. Reply STOP to opt out."
- "Workflow OS: Your pharmacy will call you shortly regarding your request. Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help."
- "Workflow OS: We attempted to reach you. Please call the pharmacy at the number on your prescription label. Reply STOP to opt out."
